I found these guys informative and professional. Had an issue with oven door installation and the tech guys easily explained what I had to do. Other option was for the tech guys to come and install the door themselves at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

I called today to see if they could address the issue with my dishdrawer. The only option they I had was to book a service without guarantee of getting it fixed, which would meant $140 and the possibility of getting the buy a new one" answer. They didn't even care or tried to relate my issue to a technician in order to find out if it was something they could address. I spoke with two different operators

WILL NOT REFUND AS PROMISED !Repair guy called out for our leaking dishwasher and diagnosed a faulty hose which was replaced for $120 on top of the $175 call out fee however the hose did not solve the problem and it continued to leak when we tried the dishwasher that night. Repair guy came out about a week later and found a different problem that they wanted to charge $300 for a different part. I said not to replace the other part and asked for a refund for the $120 hose but the owner said he would not do that as now it was used !! - said he would refund half - 3 weeks and several phone calls later still no refund - NOT GOOD !I have sent you a message with bank details 4th October to make the refund but still no response?
