I called Mark with an issue with my dishwasher. He called back promptly, I explained my issue and then he gave some advice on the phone about what he thought the problem was and what I could do. I tried it and I now have a working dishwasher.Mark could have visited and done the same actions and charged me but he didn’t.Wow!

Mark was great , rang to see if he could turn up earlier which was great sooner the better we say,Had his mask on and got straight to it, all done quickly and cleanly, washing machine was back to life, would definitely recommend him

Mark (from Northern Appliance Repairs) was easy to contact, booked in a time - arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. The cost was reasonable, and our fridge is now back to working perfectly. Just in time to cool down our summer beers!
