Thank you Adam for good old customer service with a smile.My oven was repaired within one week of initial contact.The part took 5 business days to arrive and the part was in my oven the very next day.Adam was very polite and easy to talk to. Adam was well organized and knew what he was doing.Very happy with the service and I would recommend and use AGB Appliances again if the need arises.

I would thoroughly recommend Adam if you have an issue with your dishwasher. Not only did he come and look at my dishwasher within 48 hours of me calling him (just before Christmas too) but he arrived at exactly the time he would and found my problem (pistachio shell stuck in a hose price - D'oh!) very quickly but gave me lots of other advice about the best use of my appliance, what product to use and how to troubleshoot issues like pistachio shells myself in the future. One of the nicest tradies I have every come across. Thanks Adam!
