I needed assistance to commission equipment for a remote site using outside catering. The technicians were on time, with a range of parts and tools needed for the job and had a vast knowledge of all the glasswashers, dishwasher and combi ovens and bain maries we had onsite. They reticulated power so nothing tripped out, were fast, polite and very professional. Set the benchmark for the build up of the event. Had a very happy Chef on that show and no breakdowns!
